#YOUR ROLE
Ambrosus is a rapidly expanding technology-driven startup with global operations. We build blockchain-based solutions to disrupt the global supply chains. We are looking to hire more technical people – solutions architects, technical product owners, developers, system engineers, and we need a Technical Recruitment Manager onboard to help us proactively seek and find the right candidates, interview them, perform technical due diligence and streamline hiring/onboarding processes in our Dublin office, as well as in our Tallinn office on an ad hoc basis.
#YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Find new candidates, perform filtering / due diligence
- Consider interpersonal relationships
- Help identify candidates who will excel in a rapid and complex environment of a company that is a pioneer of new technologies
- Helping around all HR-related issues
- Attracting people who are highly sought after
# YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of HR management / recruitment in tech/innovation companies.
- Strong understanding of new technologies (blockchain; experience in other cutting-edge areas such as AI, Big Data, IoT, etc. is welcome Solid understanding of psychology and interpersonal/intercultural communications
- Ability to deliver – we will expect quality results
- Proactive and creative person, finding the right way to attract people whom a lot of people want to hire
Location: Dublin. Travel is unlikely to be required, although we have similar needs in our Tallinn office, so very occasional trips there may be required.
